AAU Athletics encompasses competitions in Track & Field, Cross Country, and Multi-Events, as well as Indoor Track & Field events.  The AAU Athletics Program is comprised of nine age divisions for boys and girls combined.  The year of birth of the athlete will determine the age division that he/she will participate.  The program is conducted under current AAU Code guidelines and follows the competitive rules of USATF, the NGB and are outlined in the current addition of the AAU Athletics Handbook.

The Cross Country Championship are traditionally held in the fall of the year.  This program encourages competition at the district and national levels.  The Multi-Events program encourages events at the District, Regional, and National levels.  The Indoor Track & Field Championships encourages continuity of the sport throughout the year.
